This policy covers the Racoza Studios website at racoza.com and our internal business and marketing tools — including our integrations with Pinterest, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. It does not cover our mobile games, which have their own policy: Rubber Ducks! Privacy Policy.
Racoza Studios builds games, apps and digital experiences. You can reach us at any time at support@racoza.com.
Our content calendar, trend research and analytics tools are used only by Racoza Studios staff to manage our own social media accounts. They are not public products, they have no sign-ups, and members of the public do not have accounts on them.
This means we do not collect, store or process personal information belonging to Pinterest users, Instagram users, Facebook users, or the users of any other platform.
When a Racoza Studios team member connects our Pinterest business account, our tools may:
We do not access other Pinterest users' Pins, boards, profiles or personal information. Trend data describes search interest in aggregate and does not identify anyone.
We access our own Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts to publish posts and to read performance figures for content we published, such as reach, likes and comments. Where we look at public posts for a hashtag, we use the official Instagram API and record only aggregate counts, not individual users or their posts.
We read our own advertising and revenue reporting from Google AdMob. This is our own account's aggregate data.
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run these tools. In categories, they are: website and server hosting; database and file storage; an AI model provider, used to turn aggregated trend keywords into content ideas; and internal messaging and email services used to notify our own team.
Only non-personal information — aggregated keywords and summaries of our own performance — is sent to the AI provider. We do not sell data, and we do not share data with advertisers or data brokers. If you would like the current list of providers, email support@racoza.com and we will share it.
If you contact us through a form on this site, we receive what you type — typically your name, email address and message — and use it solely to reply to you. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics on some pages to understand general traffic patterns. You can opt out using the Google browser add-on.
These tools are not directed at children and are not available to the public. Our games are covered by their own policy, linked at the top of this page.
Credentials are held server-side in environment configuration or an access-restricted database, never in a public web page. Access is limited to Racoza Studios staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.
If you believe we hold information about you and you would like to see it, correct it or have it deleted, email support@racoza.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR or the CCPA.
